Activewear is not Workwear

The title speaks for itself. And, generally speaking of course, unless you work for Lorna Jane or are a fitness instructor, if you wear tight lycra to cycle to work there are places to park your bike and shower at most offices and most of the people riding bikes are well trained and utilise these facilities. Same goes for the before work and lunch time fitness set. From short shorts, fitness bras and tight pants, wearing this attire to work may attract positive and / or negative attention that you don’t want at work for males and females alike. Top tip; dress with clothes that don’t draw attention to your physicality but your contribution, whatever that might look like.
